 Once Your Order is Processed for Shipping, We Will Ensure Prompt Dispatch via Your Preferred Delivery Channel Without Delay.

 1. Dispatch

 We Endeavour to Dispatch All Orders Received Before 15:30 on the Day of Receipt of Your Order. Orders Received After the Cut-Off Time, will be Dispatched on the First Business Day after Receipt of Your Order by Our Processing Team.

Note: Orders processed by Paypal are usually sent out the same day as we can access the fund but "Stripe" Payments can take up to 7 days for the money to be accessible causing delay in processing your order.

 2. Delivery (UK)

Our Preferred UK Shipment Channel is Delivery by Royal Mail First Class (Signed for), Which Normally Delivers Within 1 – 2-days from Date of Dispatch (Generally Within 1 Business Day).

We Also Gladly Ship via Any Client-Preferred Alternative Service Provider. Cost of Delivery Will Vary Depending on the Weight of the Parcel, Package Dimensions and the Speed of Delivery Selected by The Client. We Do Not Add Surcharges for Shipping via Your Own Preferred Service Provider and The Rates Determined by Your Service Provider Will Be for Your Own Direct Account.

3. Delivery (Countries Outside of the UK)

Our Default Shipment to Countries Outside of the UK is via Royal Mail International Air Mail (Signed for). This Method of Delivery Normally Ensures Delivery Within a 3-5 Day Service Period, Although It May Take Slightly Longer, depending on Customs Requirements in Your Country That is Unfortunately Beyond Our Control.

The Charges for Shipment Outside of the UK Vary Depending on the Weight and Dimensions of the Parcel, as Well as The Speed of Delivery Selected by Default, or as Selected by the Client.

Our Product Pricing Excludes Taxes and Tariffs Levied by Countries Where Parcels Are Shipped to. Customers Outside of the United Kingdom May Be Subject to Customs Fees and/or Import Duties and Taxes, which are Levied Once a Shipment Reaches Any Particular Country. Taxes, Levies and Customs Clearance Charges Are for The Client’s Account and VitacioUK™ Expressly States That It Has No Control Over These Charges and Cannot Predict What They May Be at Any Given Time.

 

Also, Customs Policies Vary Greatly Between Different Countries and Clients Should Contact Their Local Customs Office or Tax Authority for Information Specific to Your Orders and Your Individual Legal Importer Status. Additionally, When Ordering from VitacioUK™, The Client is Deemed to Be the Importer of Record and the Client is Required to Comply with All Laws and Regulations Pertaining to The Purchase and Receipt of the VitacioUK™ Products in the Destination Country Where the Goods Will Be Received by The Client.  

4. Questions and Response Times

Where Possible, The VitacioUK™ Customer Team Endeavours to Answer All Order Related Enquiries on the Same Business Day That We Receive Such Enquiries. A Maximum Response Time of 48 Hours from Time of Receipt of Your Enquiry Applies and We Will Do Our Best to Respond as Quickly as Possible in All Instances.

5. Additional Information Requests

Please Send Us an Email if Your Order is Being Delayed, as There May be Times That Service Delays Occur Within the Royal Mail System and Although This is Outside of Our Direct Control, We Will Endeavour to Provide You with Up to Date Information Related to Any Delays.

Although We Enjoy an Almost Perfect Delivery Record, We Do Take Pleasure in Assisting to The Maximum Extent That We Are Able to When Any Delivery Difficulties is Experienced. Unfortunately, We Cannot Assume Responsibility for Rare Delays Caused by Delivery Systems such as The Royal Mail or Courier Services.

Orders Received Over Weekends Are Subject to a Maximum Shipment Delay of Two Days Due to Royal Mail & Courier Collection and Sorting Limitations Over Weekends.

Please Allow Additional Delivery Time Over Bank Holidays.
